ABOUT THE EVENT 

“Out of the Tunnel,” is a live performance of works from composer Danielle Eva Schwob’s recently acclaimed album of the same name, featuring performances by Grammy-nominated ensemble PUBLIQuartet, harpist Ashley Jackson, cellist Laura Metcalf and more, set to cinematic visuals by acclaimed director and photographer James Mountford (BANKS, Ciara, Chance the Rapper).

Inspired by chapters of personal transformation and by nature’s guiding light, the performance re-imagines sounds from Schwob’s album in a contemporary visual context, bringing classical music to the heights of Fotografiska’s stunning rooftop performance space.

Join us for an evening of sounds from the depths of the soul and stunning drone-shot visuals from the heights of the sky, in celebration of the launch of the album’s extended edition, the power of nature and tectonic periods of change: an imaginary beacon at the end of a long dark ride through the tunnel.
